Step 1
Once you click on the Online recharge option you land on the page below.
Step 2 Click on the select drop down, you get two options: User ID and Relationship Number
Choose the User ID option

Once you choose the User ID option you need to enter your Wi5 User ID
Enter the User ID and click the Go Option

After clicking the Go option your customer details are displayed with Renewal option
Click on the renewal option

After clicking on the renewal option, the tariff plan and renewal options appear.
Enter the following options: Number of Months, Amount, E mail ID, Mobile Number
Step6 After entering the required details click on the ‘CONFIRM’ link and you are led to the Payment gateway

Once you enter the payment gateway, you can choose your mode of payment (Net Banking or Credit Card or Debit Card payment).
Step8
After choosing the mode of payment you need to opt for one of the banking service from the list (Ex: Axis Bank, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait …etc) and click on the “Continue to Payment” option.
Then you will be redirected to the respective bank’s payment gateway. Kindly follow the payment guidelines provided by the bank and complete the transaction.
After successful payment transaction you will get the “Thank you!” message on the screen, indicating that your recharge process is complete. You will receive a confirmation mail to your Mail ID with your recharge details.
